Acceptance

By using the Kimova auditor workbench you accept these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the product.

What we promise

• To keep your audit data confidential between workspaces
• To preserve audit trails (we never silently delete history)
• To notify you before material changes to pricing or feature availability
• To meet the SLA documented in your subscription tier

What we ask of you

• Don't upload data you don't have the right to process
• Don't share account credentials — invite teammates instead
• Don't reverse-engineer or DDoS the platform
• Comply with the law in your jurisdiction

AI-generated content

The agent assistant proposes drafts. You are responsible for reviewing and approving every AI-generated finding, draft, or report before treating it as audit evidence. We attribute every AI suggestion in the audit trail.

Custom frameworks (BYO)

You may author your own audit frameworks — control trees, reference text, and the source standards you upload to build them. The following applies to that content:

• You keep your IP. You retain all intellectual property in the framework definitions and reference material you author or upload. Kimova claims no ownership of it.
• Licence to operate. You grant Kimova a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to your account — including running it through the audit engine and the AI assistant you invoke.
• Your content stays yours. Custom-framework content is scoped to your account. We do not share it with, or make it visible to, other customers. If we ever propose contributing your framework to the shared catalogue, that requires your separate, explicit opt-in.
• You must hold the rights.Many published standards are copyrighted. By uploading a standard's text you confirm you hold the licence to use it this way; you are responsible for third-party rights in anything you upload.
• Fees. Custom frameworks are billed as a one-time setup fee per your subscription; AI authoring assists draw down the token allowance bundled with that fee. We charge nothing further to keep a framework available once authored.
• AI assists are drafts.Where the assistant drafts control text, the “AI-generated content” section below applies — you review and approve before it is used in an audit.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Account → Settings. Workspace data is archived for 30 days then hard-deleted. We may suspend an account that violates these terms after written notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of Kimova AI's registered office. Disputes go to arbitration first.
